Decision & Approval by HRM

The Human Resource Ministry evaluates the application and interview outcomes. A formal decision is made and approval is granted for the recruitment quota.

Levy Paid to Immigration

The approved employer is required to pay the levy fee to the Immigration Department as mandated by law before proceeding with the recruitment process.

Data Send to Relevant Country High Commission

Approved worker data and job details are transmitted to the High Commission of the source country to facilitate the recruitment and candidate selection process.
